Since inception, the rate of acquisition has continued to increase. The onset of the new millennium sees a portfolio of size, variety and value which exceeds all previous years. The U.S. operations has completed and sold over 4,300 lots since the establishment of the Dallas office in 1988. Currently, approximately 2,300 lots are either currently selling, under development, or on various stages of acquisition. The augmented portfolio has included the carefully planned move to an involvement with unique, unusual or even difficult projects. Wilbow Corporation has sought to achieve a definite marketing advantage through its location and subsequent style and presentation. While not overlooking large greenfield tracts of land, Wilbow has a policy of purchasing for quality rather than quantity.
